Need help with StoopKit?

StoopKit is designed to work automatically on supported StreetEasy rental and sale listings in New York City.

The StoopKit card does not appear

Try refreshing the listing page and confirm that the StoopKit extension is enabled in Chrome.

StoopKit says “Unable to verify”

This means StoopKit could not confidently match the address or could not retrieve enough of the required public building data. Rather than display a potentially misleading result, StoopKit will show no building assessment.

The result looks incorrect

NYC public records can be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Please send us the StreetEasy listing URL and a short explanation of what looks wrong so we can investigate.

A listing is not supported

StoopKit currently focuses on supported StreetEasy listings within New York City.
